After a first sighting at 5.15am this morning, a group of fantastic people have spent the day tracking and searching for Troy. After several more sightings he was finally lured by some stinky food and we have got him. He is very thin, very dirty and matted but I am so pleased to have him back.

This really is great news! there had been no sightings of Troy since he disappeared out of a window 10 days ago. I feel that once he knew his owner and dog family were nearby...he felt confident enough to show himself. I would love to see the vid to Janie! Once again thanks Jayne for letting me know x

We have spent the whole day tracking Troy. So many sightings and he wouldn't come to us. Finally lured him to the car where Jane Street and I were sat. Jane then leapt on him (a sight etched on my memory).He is filthy, swollen feet, very matted and full of twigs etc. I am knackered but not as knackered as Troy

Sopken to local co-ordinator Ravenette and sighting was on private land...owners and friends are there now looking...but land owner does not want everyone turning up as it will scare an already nervous dog ....will update when we hear more.

Still no sightings of Troy. I am finding it so hard. Went to Wickham Horse Fayre yesterday, giving flyers to police and rspca. Then drove back to Preshaw Estate and spoke with some of the workmen in the area. Getting so distraught now.

I spent all day yesterday, driving around the area, putting posters in local village shops, pubs, notice boards. visited all vets. Called for Troy where he was last seen. Still no sightings at all. Feeling very distraught now.

Troy is not in a familiar area. Escaped from a dog sitter by jumping out of a window.His litter mates are still at the dog sitter. Members of his human family have visited and call for him. Scents have been put out and bitches in season have been walked in the area. Still no sightings of Troy. Owner distraught in Germany. Due home Tuesday morning.

Poster everywhere. Register lost with all Vets in area. Notify dog warden and then phone dog warden daily. Hope you find him soon. x
