Fantastic news. ..I just wish everyone who buys a dog off Gumtree etc would get it scanned ..and even better if Gumtree stopped selling animals all together. ...This would help yo stop encouraging more thefts and heartbreak!.. Stay safe Kiwi...and Poppy x♥x

Long way and long shot because no gender mentioned and no microchip mentioned plus I think the round spot probably too central and face too grey but worth eliminating before the dog goes for rehoming-

Still no sign of our little girl. We are still looking for an Irish man, blond, wearing dark clothes and a plump lady who were seen with a white car on Monday near Mares Farm and also the person who holds vital information who called to report seeing the theft.

Information being passed to owners, but now we really need to find the person who made the initial call to the dog warden to report Poppy and Kiwi being collected. Hoping they hold the vital information needed to help find Kiwi.

A friend of mine said yesterday about lunchtime they were seen near mares there was a few people trying to catch the Dalmatian and the Irish man and a lady was holding the jack Russell and asked my friend where to take it he told them to take them to his wife's rescue which was just up from mares they were driving a corsa like car that was full of rubbish. He thought the jack Russell was there's as the way they was with it hope this helps

Kiwi was not taken to the rescue so is still missing. Will phone owner with updated info.

Just to let you know that our very similar tricolour Jack Russell called Truffle has been found about two miles away after being missing for four days. She wandered into a farmyard this morning, looking none the worse for wear, although a bit smelly.

We'll never know what happened but we suspect that someone was looking after her and (being something of an expert) she managed to escape. The wind direction changed today and she might have been working her way back home. She and her mother got lost originally because they went upwind and then were somehow separated. Daisy the mother was found the next morning but Truffle was nowhere to be found.

The good thing about having a dog spayed, as Kiwi is, is that they can't be used for breeding purposes. I hope that she's found soon.

Sightings of both dogs together PRIOR to being collected by van.....
Saw both on A413 on side road between crematorium roundabout and shardeloes roundabout lunch time yesterday
I was comin from shardeloes tgey were on left hand side where the footpath comes up bank.
I was in tractor and tried to slow the traffic down as thought they were gonna run across rd but they both went back down the bank luckily towards the rough piece land at end old Amersham
