Absolutely over the moon to report Helga has been found by a local farmer. Mike I'm sooooo happy for you and your mum, I know it's been a tough day for you.

Mike, I'm so very sorry about your grandma, hope you're mum is ok. I've requested further alerts as discussed. Posters need to go from where she was lost, up to Burnley Road where she was last seen. It's worth trying your local paper to see if they will run a story, ask taxi drivers to keep a lookout, fast food delivery places, give flyers to dog walkers etc. If you need any help printing, as I said, please do ask me. Sorry I'm not more local to help you search and poster 😰 xx
Mike
Yes Claire emailed/spoke to me. My only concern is that we have no idea where she has gone. Should I do this where she ran off from? Also the area is quite busy with other dogs/walkers.

sorry about your Grandma. Have you been given scenting advice, and advice on how to listen down holes?
Mike
Still no sightings. I have phoned all local vets and the council again so they are all aware. Unfortunately my grandma died today so I have not been able to get out and look for her. I have the day off work tomorrow so I am going to help my mum with the arrangements for my grandma in the morning then in the afternoon I am going to put posters up/around todmorden. I am also going to contact out of area vets and dog wardens in Burnley and rochdale.

Hoping for good news soon Mike x

It has been 24 hours and no sighting. Getting very worried now she gets scared very easily by loud noise, other dogs and she was out in that very heavy rain last night. I have been out numerous times today round the park, streets over the road calling out as I go. I have driven up cross stone, sourhall and every where I could think she could have gone. I don't know what else to do. I am going to call the dog warden and local vets tomorrow other than that I will keep trying to find her.

Still no sign of her. Wehave searched round the park last night and this morning. We think she may have crossed over Burnley road( someone said they had seen a dog on its own running that way) and could be somewhere in the Victoria road/stansfield road area. We searched there last night and this morning. We are really worried about her she can be shy around new people. My biggest fear is that she is stuck or hiding somewhere. I have informed the police, dog warden and local charities.
