- Hi, im bears owner, I never did manage to track him down. I often scroll local american bulldog pages in hope to see him just so I know he is safe and well. I think about him every day and still wonder what happened to my boy. Any information will be greatly recieved. I dont want to claim him back as mine now as he probably (hopefully) has a new family. I just want to know if he is safe and well and wasnt put to sleep.

- Has the lady who identified this dog as hers managed to find anything out ?

- Owner needs to go to Council and ask to see Stray Dog Register and it should detail whether it was rehomed or euthanised.

- No news. Kennel say call council. Council say call kennels. Council must hold records. She just wants to know he's ok.

- This is so very sad, the lady claiming this is her doggy. Sadly he wasnt chipped so he couldnt get home! If only everyone was aware that you need to contact the Dog Warden. This lady needs to call SDK again as surely they have details where the dogs go? Sadly if he isnt on their website for re-homing it seems as if he has found another home. This happened last year where someone found this site too late. Hopefully this lady will be able to get closure x

- Unfortunately Bear isn't on their dogs looking for homes page. Have contacted shelly and said to try and find out if he was rehomed for peace of mind.
