Great news just got a phone call from Buddy's owner he has been found - in East Dean. Hes being picked up right now. So pleased for the gentleman and he wants me to thank everyone for the help you have given

I was riding the south downs today - I went through the golf course and then turned right and followed the bridleway to Jevington I saw a dog very much like Buddy wearing a red collar in the fields to the right - I'm on holiday here and not sure of the area sorry I can't be much more accurate

As he was seen running up Ratton Drive, I've just got back from walking down through the woods at Butts Brow, around the edge of the golf course through the woods back up the hill across the top of the downs back to Butts Brow car park. No sightings.

Just got back from looking round Ratton Estate talked to lots of people who will keep a look out for Buddy. Been to Willingdon Village, Butts Brow then on to Polegate. No sightings. I will print off posters and start putting them up around the area tomorrow. Hopefully he wil start showing himself soon

Spoken to owner of Buddy and agreed I will look around Willingdon Village going up towards the downs. As it is awkward to contact him have asked if I can keep you informed on his behalf and will leave him a message on his answerphone later today. We do need more people to help if possible. |He was last seen heading towards the downs. There is a small housing development and will go there as it backs on to the foot of the downs

Owner needs some help he has other problems as well, could somebody put Buddy on Brighton Dogwatch please as it seems a good site. I can't do it (thick ) and I live Essex. Thank you, I just feel sorry for this gentleman.

Rang to check lost date, NOT dog found on Animal Warden site 6/6. Buddy is an Ex rescue quite timid and escaped from garden.
