Delighted to hear this good news at last. Hope everyone involved can get a good sleep now- including Penny and Harlow. There are some lovely pictures of them crashed out safely at home on the FB page, which can be seen again by non-FB people.

Just been caught by her dog mum Penny together with their human mum. Huge thanks to everyone who monitored Harlow's movements and phoned in with sightings.

Perfectly understandable Maxine. You must do whatever is in Harlow's best interest. Good to hear that she is in a safer place now as well. Really hoping for a very positive update before too long.

Hi appologies for having to close the site..we have done this to protect harlow need to keep her in the safe place she is at minute.. to many people turning up and running round train tracks we have police co-operation and network rail and were working with then now to get harlow safe sorry for the miss understanding and we will update asap.. thank you maxine

Says they were regrouping about an hour ago and were not going to post much to stop all the sharing and too many people turning up. She is very scared. Hasn't even come to her mother (dog not human). I think they have closed the group to protect Harlow, not to stop people knowing what is going on.

Reading through again I think the police have been, taken a few names for being on the tracks and gone away......

They have asked for people to keep away...think someone has been phoning around and getting people to go down. British Transport POlice seem to have been down, but twhether they have dine anything useful I can't tell...they have spoken to people who have been on the tracks...think they need some advice from an experienced dog catcher. Owner needs to be prepared to spend the night there if possible I think.

has someone made all the buisnesses on the estate aware? presumably they will clock off sometime around 5 which will mean lots of movement on the estate which could scare her...hope she is caught before then

Ok update.... harlow has been driven off tracks after giving is all heart attacks.. she is now hiding behind industrial estate .. Rexy is there with Gill .. and few other people.. advice given slowly move forward and only rexy to call harlow.. if anybody in the area sees harlow please do not chase... follow from a distance and call 07881958729 THANK YOU EVERYONE

(Rexy is the owner who is there with another of her dogs.)

A tense time-Harlow left the industrial estate and ran along the railway tracks but was encouraged off. Her owner is at scene.

Copied from Harlow's FB group 30mins ago......UPDATE: A blue Corsa was seen dumping Harlow out of the car on Grassmere road Carcroft... Harlow was seen running after the car. A few sightings later and Harlow has retreated into an industrial estate. Myself and Maxine have covered the estate shouting Harlow but to no avail
