Seen a dog like this about an hour ago, running through Samuel Court but didn't realise there was no one with him until he'd gone through the car park. We did look for him but unfortunately it's on a junction of 4 ways he could have gone and street lights were out. Did flag down a police car and let them know that there was a dog running loose. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
