I should have thanked everyone who was helping earlier but was so pleased that Bramble was home that I just wanted to update on here and all the posts on Fbk .. sorry!
Special thanks to the man who telephoned Bramble's mum with the sighting at Hoddern Farm .. without you we may not have known where he was.
.. and thank you to all who shared and helped!
I have added the reunited photo I was sent. It looks like Bramble is shattered, bless him and that he has had a much needed bath!

They have him!! Bramble went to Hoddern Farm and eventually came to his mum who has just rung me to say he is safe now. Luckily the advice helped catch him.
Think he is due for a bath as he is rather muddy but otherwise ok.
So happy for the family as they have been out searching at all hours for their boy. Very well done to them all.
Stay close to your mum and home now please Bramble .. welcome home :)

UPDATE: Owner has seen Bramble but he ran off when she called him. (Unfortunately she had not received the email advice as she had no reception there)
I have rung her and given her advice as to how best to catch Bramble. He is in the fields but there are woods next to them so he may be going in there as well.
Glad that Bramble is in relatively safe area and is staying in the same place.
Fingers and everything else still crossed for a good outcome soon.

Just spoken to Bramble's mum and have been told that she has had a call saying that Bramble has been seen nr Hoddern's Farm. She is on the way there now.
If you are in the area and see Bramble please do not try to catch or chase him as he is said to be nervous.. just keep him in sight and call owner on 07540 583494 as quickly as possible please.
Fingers crossed his mum will see him and catch him! Last edited: 2016-06-20 15:54:03 by Clarkey - Area Co-ordinator, East Sussex

So sorry to see Bramble is still missing.
Thas bullysu for that sighting ..
Leatham: I have sent email advice out and hopefully that will help with your search.
I would suggest you get as many posters out in the area and around so that you can get more sightings coming in.
It's possible that in this very wet and windy weather Bramble will be hiding up. If that's so then he will start moving around when it stops.
Best of luck with your search (please keep us updated with any other sightings as not all of our helpers are on Facebook..thanks)Last edited: 2016-06-20 15:06:58 by Clarkey - Area Co-ordinator, East Sussex

Another possible sighting by public;
Near Lewes fire station
Leatham
He was on a walk up the woods near golf course he then ran to Brighton road then ended up down by piddinghoe no more pictures right now
bullysu
sightings by the public;
Yes I saw a dog like this in red harness whilst driving down harping hill towards piddinghoe. When he saw the car he turned and ran into the cornfield that leads into the valley by Deans Farm cottages. I got out and called but he was nowhere to be seen.
It appears he may be in the piddinghoe area, family have been out searching in that area since 5.30am today and would be very grateful if anyone is free to help, obviously you would not be able to catch him but could notify the family of your sighting
Esther
Miles from you so cant help you search. Posters make a huge difference and really help. Also asking people who are about early such as postmen Good luck
