I've seen his FOUND details being shared and have updated the details on here and changed from SIGHTED.

Finder has been doing a great job on checking on him with the kennels. He has had lots of interest and sure he will be going to a lovely home if owner does not claim him by Friday.

Thank you to everyone who has helped this gorgeous boy and wishing him lots of good luck. x

This dog looks just like the one on Fb, now taken in by someone who's appealing for owner info. https://www.facebook.com/groups/sthelensplf/
Someone else commented that she believed his name might be Bob. The neighbour has recently moved. (??)..apparently she left her cats too.
