- This is very interesting. I keep an eye on the rescue rehoming lists, particularly of Romanian dogs (my own Greek dog is nearing the end at a ripe old age and I'm preparing my mind for our parting, though hope it will not ever happen!). I can't quite square adopting a Rommie with my conscience as there are so many UK dogs that are desperate for homes and the Rommies all seem to get them fairly fast. One of the (chiefly) Romanian rescues has taken on a staffie as it was about to be put down in the pound and had kennel stress, in order to save its life. I believe it is this one. It is rather sad but in a nice foster home for now, awaiting the right kind of adopter, who can make it feel safe and loved again. (This may be me if she's still available when my dog goes off to chase foxes in the next world).

- Well at least she was abandoned where she could be found & not in the middle of nowhere . Its a great shame that people do not know who to turn to when circumstances change. This girl looks loved I hope she gets a chance of a future .
