- CHUFFED to bits to get the news ROCCO had been handed into the RSPCA. Great he is back home where he belongs with his very happy family. Looks like he has been MADE TOO HOT TO HANDLE and where he was FOUND yesterday was in a lay by right opposite the RSPCA which is where he was handed in today. That most important call was made to family.
THANKS a MILLION to his FINDER, RSPCA, POLICE, MEDIA coverages and everyone who has helped in the search for him and made him high profile.
Have seen a lovely video of him back with ARCHIE and they are so pleased to see each other, LOTS OF BIG SMILES ALL ROUND. :) :) :)
We have a Pug in our family and they have such lovely characters and love people.
WELCOME HOME gorgeous ROCCO and ARCHIE sending you lots of hugs and cuddles. xxx - 2016-07-07 17:50 billybob

TWO pet pug dogs and a white Mercedes car were stolen when a gang of men broke into a house in Prescot, it is alleged.
Police are appealing for information following the incident which took place at about 6.30pm yesterday (Thursday, June 30) in Lawton Road.
A number of men were were reported to have arrived outside the property in a black Mercedes CLC 180 car.
The offenders are believed to have forced entry into the back of the house, taken the keys to the victim's white Mercedes CLA 200 AMG car - registration number MM65 AAX - and two pug dogs.
They then left in the two cars.
DC Roy Waller, from St Helens CID, said: "We would like to reassure the community that we are working to identify the people responsible, and locate the dogs and both cars.
"I'd like to appeal to the consciences of the offenders and ask them put themselves in the victim's position and think how they would feel if this happened to them.
"We all need to be vigilant. If you see anyone acting suspiciously report it to the police.
"These offenders will need to walk up driveways to look through doors and windows to see if there are keys in sight of a door or window. If you notice any such behaviour contact the police on 101 or in an emergency dial 999."
Anyone with information in relation to this offence is asked to contact St Helens CID on 0151 777 6802, the non-emergency 101 number or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.

One stolen pug found - but can you help find missing pup Rocco?
14:03, 3 JUL 2016 UPDATED 14:04, 3 JUL 2016

Heartbroken family shared video of the sweet pair playing together
A devastated family whose two pugs and family car were stolen by burglars have found one of the missing dogs.
The offenders are believed to have broken into the back of their home on Lawton Road, Rainhill, while they were out on the evening of Thursday, June 30.
Victim Gaynor Smith, 43, said the family were ‘delighted’ that their adult pug Archie was now safely back at home.
But she said the search was still on for Rocco, who is just six months old.
She said: “Obviously we are delighted to have Archie back, though he’s fretting a bit. He keeps looking for Rocco. We are all still searching for him.
“We found Archie on Friday evening. I got a phone call from a friend - someone had said on Facebook they had just bought a pug. I got in contact with the lad, who gave me his number straight away and gave Rocco to us. He said he had paid £200 for him, but said it was our dog.
“We think Rocco will be in the Sutton area of St Helens too, near there. There was a reported sighting this morning in St Helens of a male pug puppy at the car boot sale on Chalon Way - three people said they saw one.”
She praised people’s effort in supporting her appeal to help bring Rocco home: “Everyone’s been fantastic sharing the appeal online, there’s been an overwhelming response.”
The dognappers are believed to have arrived in a black Mercedes CLC 180, before forcing their way into the family’s home to steal their white Mercedes and two dogs.
They made off in the two vehicles.
Mrs Smith previously told the ECHO a neighbour phoned her after noticing the disturbance while she and her family were out seeing her youngest daughter’s play.
She said the family rushed home and arrived at around 6.45pm, but it was too late.
She said on Friday before Rocco was found: “I couldn’t care less about the car and the Xbox, I just want the dogs back. I’m devastated.
“The kids are absolutely gutted too, they’ve been off school all day.
The Smith family’s car has the registration number MM65 AAX.
Detective Constable Roy Waller from St Helens CID said: “We would like to reassure the community that we are working to identify the people responsible, and locate the dogs and both cars.”
