Ive put owner in touch with an owner who had a terrier go missing under similar circumstances, very nearby , and emailed advice sheets and a link to her poster

Sadly there is no sign of Boots. Friends and neighbours have joined us in searching every part of our village, and we have drawn the conclusion that she has been taken. We have printed off posters for distribution locally and started a public facebook campaign which is growing rapidly. Many thanks for your support Sharon, natemsav and others.

Unfortunately offering a reward can open yourself to scam callers which can be very heart breaking and distressing for owners. I have offered a reward for Jazz' safe return and have had two such calls. It would depend on if you could handle such calls. I like to believe most people return lost dogs with or without a reward offered.

Reported to Dog Warden, rown vet practices, village facebook page, our personal facebook pages with the request to share, Caroline is getting 20 'Doglost' Missing Posters laminated for distribution and putting copies in the cars windows. She has been microchipped and we have informed Petlog.

Any neighbour have cctv so they can check if she wandered or was taken? Need loads of posters out in your area so that everyone is aware and to make her TOO HOT TO HANDLE.
