Owner / fosterer had a call from a person who had seen Princess,she went up to Rodborough, where luckily Princess was contained in a garden, and allowed herself to be caught . Great ending .

A feeding station will be set up tonight ,with a view to trapping her. We don't think a mass search is usefull at this stage now we know where she is, as it will probably push her out of the area. . Please keep those sightings coming

Owner has just received acall. Princess has been sighted just now At Rodborough fort, on her way now. Ive given her info on how to approach if seen

Dog not secured as of 9.20pm. I have had to leave search as need to be up 4am tmrrw. Owner and two others still there at 9.20pm and about to try bbq close to winstons so wind direction will carry smell into woods. Another clothing item will be left on edge of woods overnight and owner will go back up at dawn if no joy tonight .. owner actually saw her tonight in the dense wood behind winstons..which is the wood cut through by butterow hill road...the other side of those woods goes up towards the car park on rodbgh common....so she may be crossing butterow hill between the 2 wooded areas. She moved away when owner called her so very frightened. Posters are needed along lane below those woods..the swells hill and bagpath lane which you can access off to the left halfway up butterow hill. The woods drop down to that lane and there are lots of houses along it.

Sighted edge of woods by winstons ice cream... butterow hill area...we are at a distance while owner tries to get her. Cannot afford to spook her. Owner has seen her but dog is moving away from her..the wood behind winstons drops down to the lane from halfway up butterow signposted swells hill and bagpath. Text to molly re dog having moved is previous info prior to this sighting...latest is that owner is trying to coax her in woods alongside butterow hill behind winstons at 20.50hrs

Owner has just rung me she is convinced she can hear her dog off Buterrow lane. she is parked up , if any one can help pls her car number plate is JG737

Facebook page for activity on search today is called " Missing dog:Princess ". I've been partly down into the woods below the bench ( on downhill section opposite carpark on the bend)..accessing them on narrow path by the final house to the right of the bench..gets very muddy about 30ft in but those woods are the same ones you drive past on your right as you go up butterow hill..very dark and dense. Nobodu I met 3.30 to 4.30 pm had seen her. I'm up north from early weds so cannot help tmrrw

Owners are having a barbecue on the common tonight and will lay some food trails ie fishy things towards where she went from. Ive suggested checking the railway line at the point of the crossing at Ham Mill Lane as it looks very straight with good visibility

I plan to get a search organised sometime tomorrow, to sweep the woods below Rodborough in the direction she went , the worry is she is caught up, as the fact she hasn't been seen is worry. Will update when I know more. Tomorrow evening might be best to get more people.Will update when I know more

Still no sightings..now lost over 24hrs and she will need access to water. She has a harness on I believe so if walking on the commons please thoroughly check bushes etc in case she is snagged. The number of walkers about mean it is odd there have been no sightings since Mon lunchtime..well over 24hrs now. Although she initially ran off near the fort she was last seen crossing the road by the main bend car park and running down into the trees opposite..in the dense area down towards butterow hill (as you stand in the main bend car park and look over the road down towards the bench there is a dense hedgerow to the right adjoining housing..she ran down into that thick shrubbery)

Met owner 0630..she has been up there since 0530. From the main car park on the bad bend on rodborough common the dog first ran off at a point way over the common ..she had walked her over the common from the car towards the fort. The dog was seen twice at lunchtime having run back across the road by the car park to opposite side of road and heading down into the trees towards butterow hill road. It is possible the dog is circuiting using that main road by the car parks as its crossing point. Owner has left a t shirt on the downhill slope across from the car park...therw is a lone bench which gives a good view of the patch she was spotted in yesterday. Have driven 4 laps since 0540 inc mount vernon lane twice. No sign at the moment. Owner does need help up here to sight her. So far only has her partner heading up here with more posters.

I was driving to Stroud over rodborough and dog came out in front of my van ... A woman got him off the road ... A first I thought it was hers but not so sure ... The dog don't go to her. The dog wasn't white ... It look like it was orange like it had been dipped in something. Please if needed further info

Princess is a rescue from Romania being fostered here. She ran off in the direction of the London road ,so she could be anywhere by now. Imabout to email my advice sheets and a link to her poster. She has a chip,but its out of date, but has a disc on
