Spayed females dont tend to wander too far. Also her scent will be in your house still. Check sheds, gargae etc, as she may be a bit confused, and is hiding. Check behind hedges too. Put some tuna/food in her dish, and call her; night/early morning is best. Rattle some treats too. Put solmething with her scent on into a clean container, such as her blanket/bedding, along with something with your scent on too, and also the other cats scent as well. Wipe her scent on your garden fences, and gates too. Walk around the area carrying something with her scent on, and the olther cats as well. Also rattle some dreamies. Poster around the area, and put "Lost" poster through doors too. She may be locked in somewhere.
