- Skye has been found safe and well and is back at home sleeping off her adventure. I went out at dawn this morning and did a sweep of the area without luck. On my way back home i thought i'd try our most frequented walk. I spotted her running up the road towards the village however when she saw me she ran. So I slowly used the car to guide her to houses and managed to get her in a gated driveway. After a little coaxing she recognized my voice, ran and jumped up into my arms. I would like to thank everyone for all their help and support during what has been a very difficult and worrying time. Lyn

- Update: There have still been no further sightings of her. Have put posters along the road where she was first spotted and along the beach front. Calshot activity center have also put a poster in their reception. Have also put a few down the back road to Lepe and at Lepe itself as well as the 2 campsites. Totton dog club very kindly spent the evening with me postering a good part of the common and have taken more posters to put up at places of work locally. Hopefully someone somewhere will spot her soon which will give an idea where to focus our efforts.

- Skye will have found somewhere to keep cool - she will be looking for water in the hours when it is coolest and is unlikely to be spotted while the temperature is so high, late evening and early mornings are best. Ensure all the postmen are aware Skye is missing - put on any posters you produce - please do not chase call the telephone numbers immediately and try to see where she goes.

- Latest update. She was last seen at the entrance to Fawley power station (initial sighting). Some passerbyes had stopped to try and catch her but unfortunately she ran away from them in the direction of Calshot.

- She escaped at about 11.30am out a small hole in the fence which was damaged a few weeks ago and is waiting to be replaced. I had temporary pen panels across the gap however she seems to have found a gap around 4" x 3" near the top of the panels and managed to squeeze through into a neighbors garden and then squeezed through his metal gate. She headed around the front of the house and into the close at the back where a lady tried to catch her but scared her instead and she took off through a hedge and onto the main road. She was seen by a passing motorist heading along the road edge towards Calshot. There have been no sightings since.

- Did she get out of the garden via gate? Post the area well as this brings in sightings and makes TOO HOT TO HANDLE. You will need to contact Dog Warden daily. Hope Skye is found very soon x
