Well after a tence 24hrs after dazzle was stolen ive got her back!! id like to say a massive for all those who shared my posts and made her to hot to handle!! id also like to thanks sarah for all her support, im just so so happy to have her home safe... All I will say it the people that took her if and when i find you run cos it will be your last moments on this mortal coil, nobody hurts one of my dogs and gets away with it...

Pat has just called to say owner said a person bought dazzle off some druggies for £70...was suspicious so checked doglost and now dazzle is safely home! well done everyone for sharing the doglost poster

I know you do mistybornspaniels. I do know how you feel my Chocolate cocker was stolen in April. WE are all here to help and support you and will do our best to help find her. Don't give up hope it takes just one person to spot her or hand her in. Keep checking the posts I know its disheartening when its not yours but it might just be one day. That's the thought I hang on to when looking for mine

Patlucky my posting is a long shot but nowhere is very far by road nowadays. I too, hope you never do find out what it is like to have one stolen. I do, that is why I try to help when looking for my mine especially Cockers in my area

Dog lost is a great help to all dog and cat owners
It must make people think others do care and we do.
We dog and cat owners put ourselves in lost pet owners shoes.

I agree with jot Cotswolds comments. But here are a few words of comfort and encouragement for Dazzle's owners. Nellie doglost ID 100840 was returned to her owners safe and well through her crime number seven weeks after being stolen and proves it can and does happen. By posting on every site you can think off and setting up her own page on facebook increases the chance of finding her. Keep an eye on selling sites too. Gumtree preloved pets4homes. I did the same for my Jazz and have had a lots of support and helpful postings. I try to answer as many of them as I can even if its not mine.It takes just one responsible person to do the right thing. There are many good people out there willing to help. Me included I live not far from where Dazzle was stolen and will keep her in mind when I am trawling through the websites looking for mine

If owner has been given a Crime Ref no. can they please let Doglost know and it will be flagged up on here as Stolen. There are lots of posts on FB hoping to make this gorgeous girl TOO HOT TO HANDLE. Hope she is found very soon x

Is she spayed?? Has the microchip company been given the situation re incorrect details? These thieves actively look for female dogs and hope to grab them unspayed to use for breeding....especially in parts of the country where there's a large no' of people finding it hard to get work. Dogs are easy cash-makers. To anyone with a bitch dog: if you have an unspayed bitch of a desirable breed please think about their security...do you leave them alone or in places easy to be taken from etc. This is becoming a huge theft issue, purely to make money, and a tragic situation for the dogs. Two were taken from outdoor kennels from my village earlier this year and still not found despite the thief (caught on cctv) due in court soon. I so hope this one can be located quickly. Owner must keep on at the police and use every social media outlet they can to get word out - but there's so much dog theft in Kent...

Sorry to hear Dazzle has been stolen. Have you reported to kent police if not call 101 and give as much detail as possible as many dogs are stolen in Kent I am still looking for my stolen girl Jazz ID 99179 and will keep a look out for Dazzle as well.
