Thought maybe that this dog and the yorkie on the link might have been lost by a visitor to London so I tried finding some dog friendly hotels in that area and rang around but haven't had any success so far.

I'm also puzzled by this Hazel. I believe that this dog was listed by Claire who is the Animal Welfare Officer for Brent Council. She also listed another gorgeous little one on the 28/7/16 - again, neither chipped or tagged or (as yet) claimed. Found just a couple of miles apart though on different days. Maybe coincidence but I wonder if there is a connection. Both dogs are desirable and look well kept. Your suggestion of sharing with Boston breeders sites is a good one.
Edited to include link to Yorkie pup-

Cannot believe this little one has been abandoned...could be owners not using social media or dog was stolen from another county? ...might be worth sharing with Boston breeders sites as it is a very close community? x
