- Maybe wasnt straying for a year but stolen for breeding until found he was injured ... goingbto need a vet .. too expensive so dumped ... sounds about right

- It might be a long shot but a shar pei has been found at the rspca in Warrington in a poor condition which looks a bit like butch. Just seen it on their page. Says is microchipped but details not updated. Could he have been living rough for a year.
