- Hi, we would like to put more posters up in Kent House Road tomorrow - as it is quite a long road, can anyone let us know which end of Kent House Carlita went missing from? Thanks
- 2016-08-04 21:25 Debbie - Area Volunteer, South London
- Shared poster with Mayow Vets, Sydenham, they are aware that Carlita is missing

- 2016-08-04 21:04 Debbie - Area Volunteer, South London
- Simona, sadly posters do get taken down, I'm sure if you ask again, they'll put a poster back up for you, try the small Tesco's also at the Beckenham Rd end, Sainsbury's pretty good too if you ask permission. I have put up 15 posters in total a client of mine kindly printed me out some but more are needed up and out in the surrounding roads and along Kent House Road, I only got 2 up in Kent House Rd as I was running out of posters. Try going to Cator park either very early morning or dusk with someone if your dog knows this park well? Smelly food helps plus a strong scent of yours on clothing

- 15 Posters up in total gapped out on Kingshall Rd near roundabout/entrance to Cator Park (field end), and other entrance to Cator on Kingshall Rd, Lennard Road entrance Cator Park and opposite walkway for stream, few more posters up Aldersmead Rd - entrances to Cator Park, Barnmead Road, New Beckenham Train station, only 2 up Kent House Road, one near the Tesco's end and one further down past the roundaboutLast edited: 2016-08-04 21:01:34 by Debbie - Area Volunteer, South London

- Maybe a different person who works there took it down not knowing that you had asked to display! Is there a newsagent or spar type shop that might display a poster for you?
- 2016-08-04 19:08 Simona

- Simona, further thought but ask neighbours if they can.check their gardens and sheds etc. And also check near water ie those with ponds as she will need to have to drink!
- 2016-08-04 16:15 Debbie - Area Volunteer, South London
- I've asked Croydon dog warden to tag in Lewisham dog warden to my share of this missing dog, please phone Bromley dog warden (SDK) or check their website daily, and check with Lewisham dog warden also
- 2016-08-04 16:06 Debbie - Area Volunteer, South London
- Great thanks Simona, the urgency is getting posters up and out there, again sadly I've run out of toner otherwise I would have put up in Cator park, shared to groups: BECKENHAM & PENGE MUMS, Penge Tourist Board, Crystal Palace Lost & Found Pets (& Surrounding Areas), Beckenham Appreciation Group, PAW - Helping Dogs in Need, South Norwood Country Park Dog Walking Group, South East london lost found pets-greenwich/woolwich/Lewisham and areas, Dog walks around Bromley Beckenham Orpington West Wickham Kent, Alexandra Recreation (SE26) Dog walkers group, Alexandra Cottages, Penge, Penge, Anerley and Beckenham Mums and Dads Network

- 2016-08-04 13:18 Debbie - Area Volunteer, South London

- 2016-08-03 23:09 Simona
- She is microchiped but she don't have no collar because at home i keep her whit no collar or any others dog staff because she don't like it,only when we go for a walk
- 2016-08-03 22:41 Millys Mum
- As Kent House Road is close to the boundary of the London Borough of Lewisham, have you also contacted the Animal Welfaie dog wardens? Was Carlita wearing a collar and ID tag and was she also microchipped?
- 2016-08-03 20:05 Simona
- She's missing from kent house road br31
- 2016-08-03 20:00 Millys Mum
- Where in Beckenham did Carlita go missing from - Elmers End, Eden Park, Park Langley, the High Street, etc? And where is she usually walked? Is she taken to a nearby park? When you say you've called the Dog Warden, I presume you've called SDK Environmental, the London Borough of Bromley's contracted-out dog warden service. Have you called Foxgrove Road Vets as they are the 24/7 emergency vets for many local vets. I know that the florist and cafe called Branching Out at Elmers End are animal lovers as they allow dogs (and their well-behaved owners!) in the cafe and so they may be happy to display a missing poster. Do Creature Comforts, the pet shop In Upper Elmers End Road have a missing poster displayed in their window? I live and work in Beckenham and so will keep a look out for Carlita.

- Simona please put a couple of posters in your local post box. Posties take them back to their sorting office and display. Also local postie will take with them on their rounds. Also local florists are good and will keep an eye out whilst out delivering. Please ask at local shops if they will display a poster. Post where there are local dog walks, especially near dog bins! Make immediate neighbours aware, just in case she makes her way home. If you have a gate, leave it open and maybe put her bed outside as well. If you have a local radio station ask them if they can broadcast about your missing dogs. You might like to leave your contact details with your local Highways Dept within Council just in case they, and i most sincerely hope not, of any RTA. I hope this further advice will be of benefit in bringing your little one home safely. XxLast edited: 2016-08-03 19:57:17 by ClaireC

- Simona...have sent out over 200 emails to local dogowners who will share on social media...for every 1share generated by doglost(see above figures) this averages out to 150 onward shares...lets get Carlita viral!
- 2016-08-03 18:52 Simona
- Allready call all the vets around, dog warden and i reported to the police...flyers aswell on the shops and on the neighbourhood
- 2016-08-03 18:46 Baydogs
- Okay, you may have already done some of these but have you notified all vets and rescues in the area? You also need to ring the dog warden daily. Now you have her details up here, you can print off posters and put them around- as many as possible. Flyers through neighbour's doors are also useful, with your contact details on.
I really hope you find her soon. - 2016-08-03 18:44 Unknown
