Just checked with Irish contact and the MSPCA number is 00353 47 70512. I have no information on the chip details at all but the vets who scanned her may have. It is All Creatures Vets at Monagahan 00353 4783733 (Monaghan) 00353 42 54421 (Castleblayney) The MSPCA contacts are Lori 00353 868262956 Sinead 00535 868262885(mspca contacts)I believe it was Sinead who gave instructions to the vets for pts. All Creatures also have a vets practice in Blayney that may actually answer the phone...I will try and find the number. The email for MSPCA is monaghanspca@gmail.com

Have now made contact with kennels the uk chip was from northern Ireland and the kennels have made contact with the registered owner who has now signed the dog over to them.

Using the code for ireland and then the shelter number...but cannot get through...is shelter number correct? or are you at least able to get dogs name from the chip so we can check our 200 missing female labradors against the name.

This girl was found in a ditch in Ireland having given birth to 11 pups. Her rescuer was told to take her to All creatures Vets in Monaghan by the Mongaghan SPCA. They then told the vets to pts all the female pups at 2 days old and left the mum with only 4 of her male pups. This has caused outrage with the Irish rescues who offered to take mum and all her pups on to rear. This female is chipped and registered in the UK and may be a stolen dog taken to Ireland for breeding purposes. If you want more information on this dog she is now under the dubious care of Monagahan SPCA,in Ireland
