The dog mentioned below by Louise625 has now been caught and is a male, see FB page greyfriarsrehab/?fref=ts, no tattoos or chip. Can't find him on Doglost. Could this be Ruby Found ID 104507. Sorry can't do much on this machine other than type.

Information on facebook is as follows - I have just seen this crossposting "URGENT APPEAL
Last 48 hours - this greyhound has been sighted frequently on the track between Puttenham Golf Club (turning off B3000 opposite the Harvester, Puttenham) and past the Cricket Club up to Greyfriars. Very shy and wary. Will approach passing cars but runs if you are on foot. We have tried to capture/entice towards us unsuccessfully yesterday and today. Please contact Greyfriars on 01483 811172 if you are aware of anyone who has lost this dog or you have any information. If we can find owner we might be able to rescue? Please share this post in local area."

**URGENT**I have just tried to call Rubys owner but no answer On fb site called Shepway Freebies there is a comment on there saying "the high ways agency picked the dog up at the round hill tunnels A20. so it is safe. they said the R.S.P.C.A was coming to collect the dog off them." The description of the dog is in my earlier comment.

I have just seen this comment on a Folkestone fb site ........". I almost run a dog over on the road between Sainsburys (at Parkfarm) and the roundabout at the top of Blackbull Road. It looked like a dark coloured maybe greyhound or lurcher. It looked terrified and was actually running straight into on coming traffic...middle of the lane not even middle the road..this was approx 10.10pm "
