- That's great she has done that bless her. I hope it got into an accident and wasn't dropped there. It's a good sign if it's microchipped though. Poor thing. Glad I was right as you always worry it could have been a deer when u pass at high speed. Rip.

- Hi, on the "Missing Pets Peterborough UK (lost found and sited) " facebook page a lovely lady called Chloe Hopkins and her partner have kindly collected this dog and taken it to Hampton Vets to give it the final dignity it deserves. The dog was a female (she thinks) staffie and was microchipped. The vets are trying to trace the owner. It had been there for sometime and unfortunately was not in the best condition, although Chloe has a photo available if a potential owner requires. RIP sweetheart xx

- Hi all. I've just told Rutland council it's rough location so hopefully they'll do something to get it. :( I'm only guessing it might be staffy. I'm not 100. Definitely looked more like thick set medium to larger dog. X

- I was driving out of cambs when I saw it but had passed into Leics...as I'm from pboro I just put it on there. Wish I could have maybe gone back n checked. You'd have to be very careful obvious due to being the a1 but I could have gone late at night. I was on my way on holiday though unfortunately.

- Ram jam postcode is LE15. Unable to get this site to accept me choosing this as just disappears after I've chosen it. Anyway I tried to write that I will call Leicester council tomorrow and on the missing pets Peterborough page a lady replied saying another person had posted something similar saying about seeing a dog there. Poor thing. I was passing at speed but my gut was that it might have been a brown staffie. I couldn't really stop in that location n was setting off for holiday Last edited: 2016-08-07 21:10:30 by Monnie
