- Other Info Was found loose in Didcot, no collar and in a terrible state requiring Veterinary treatment. Owner will have to prove this is a genuine lost/stolen case due to dog's condition and RSPCA will be involved if anyone comes forward as dogs owner, this is to ensure dogs welfare. Currently being fostered and cared for.
