I have just had a lovely text saying that
"He's has come home!! He's back!!! Literally just turned up back at the back door!! No collar, starving and dehydrated. We don't think he is hurt but he's home!!!!"
The family obviously do not know where he has been but it sounds as if he may have got caught up in something and only just managed to get free. One very lucky dog .. all very overwhelming for Remy but he will be getting lots of tlc now he's back with his very relieved family who thank Doglost for our help.
Welcome home Remy :) Last edited: 2016-08-17 10:44:30 by Clarkey - Area Co-ordinator, East Sussex

Sorry to see that Remy has gone missing. Doglost email advice sent and I have had quick chat with Linzi who says that Remy went missing yesterday and was last seen around lunchtime next door. They live in a rural area and the garden backs on to fields so he has a large area he could be in. Remy is microchipped and has been castrated so is unlikely to have gone off after a lady!
I have suggested that Linzi has a bbq this evening to see if this will attract Remy home as he should be hungry by now.
I have also advised to leave bedding with strong scent of him/his owners in their garden so that he has somewhere to settle on when he comes back if he is not able to get back into the house.
Best of luck with your search for Remy
