I would ask that dogs are not reunited till sure they are home as was switched over at just after 4.00 but its best to wait till in the arms of the owners to be 100% sure.-

from Jak yes have him now got him at 4 40 and nothing paid.

Lucky is now home with his mum happy I will see him when I get home and I am so happy for such an amazing result

he has come home with his collar on but the tag has been removed...

Really sorry for this. Travellers have appeared and a new dog has appeared (these travellers are frequent visitors) and it kinda matches lucky's description. I have however, managed to contact someone who was near their last encampment and they have now verified this dog was with them. This eliminates it being lucky 😢

No one is presuming Police not interested that is what Jak said to me via a message. Essex police need more info to work with to investigate so hoping that CCTV shows something to get a reg number.
Please do not presume they are not interested as they are one force that act on dog theft.
I have been given a direct email for crime unit to send any information to.
Jak will be sending any updates direct to me.

thanks all, I'm kind of limited on the police side I have advised mother of child to report it as assault which she said she will do...

once I have spoken with the company at the end of the road to see about video footage I will contact the local paper.

GILLYP have just messaged a Jak Broadway who is acting to ask him to phone Jayne and also mentioned to him that he must keep this site updated as well as Doglost is a great site for getting it out there .

GILLYP he also commented that his local police do not seem at all interested .......

GILLYP. Person acting on behalf of owner, as I think owner is foreign, said he has sent to Jayne or phoned not sure...He has just told me that Police in his area are not interested ...a young boy of 5 years old was assaulted as they snatched dog from him and his friend. Have told person acting that parent needs to make a charge at police station and also get into local papers. But I will ask again and make sure he has done this.
