Sadly that sounds a bit dodgy, do you think they have just left her to roam after prob getting out once again ?

I have contacted the number from the reunited post ID 102991, spoke to owner who explained she was rehomed to someone in Dagenham East but could not give me a name or address or contact number
Back to square one unfortunately
