In my hunt for my missing mutt,I spoke with a pet detective, having been told that a lot of dogs were disappearing in the s.e.london area.He said dogs were being stolen by buskers/beggars who take them to the west end.He advised me to go to charing x police station where they have a load of photos of all the beggars with dogs.RSPCA are interested in this,as dogs look overheated. They are in the Shaftesbury Avenue area, according to the police.
In the files at the police station, they had quite a few young cute looking dogs.Might be worth a look, and leave them a photo,or poster.
