- Spayed female cats usually stay in their own area more than neutered males. She may be locked in somewhere. Check sheds, garages greenhouses etc. Put some tuna/food in her dish, and call her. Late night/early morning is best. Rattle some treats too. Put something with her scent on into a clean container, such as her blanket/bedding/soft toy, along with something with your scent on too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on tyhe washing line if dry. Wipe her scent on your garden fences, gates doors too. Walk around the area holding something with her scent on, and rattle some treats such as dreamies. Someone may be feeding her. Try a squeaky toy as it may attract her attention. Poster around the area, and put "Lost" posters through doors to
Ps A female cat that is spayed will usually only have a territory of about 2.3 garden spaces as to where they live May be a little more. she should be in the area somewhere
Ask neighbours to check their oububuildings thouroughly as the cat may be hiding behind something It has happoened Paws xd..Last edited: 2016-09-19 08:41:03 - 2016-09-18 09:00 Riverlady
