- Presume spayed? Housecats tend to find a hidey hole somewhere usually. It may be that someone thinks shre is a stray, and has taken her in. I would try putting some tuna in her dish and call her. Night/early morning is best. Rattler some treats too. Put something with her scent on, such as her blanket/bedding/soft toy, along with something with your scent on too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on the washing line if dry. Wipe her scent on your garden fences, gates, doors too Take a walk around the area holding something with her scent on, and rattle some treats such as dreamies Someone may be feeding her. Try a squeaky toy as it may attrct her attention. Check sheds, garages etc in case locked in. Neutered cats dont tend to wander too far especially females, if not may be seeking a male If there has been any sighting in the area you could borrow a cat trap from Cat Protection. you pay £50 for the loan, which is refundable when you return the trap. Paws xd.Last edited: 2016-09-18 20:21:43
