yet another darling dog found - on average 100 a day - without a microchip and no collar and id tag - why? if i didnt have 5 rescued dogs i would love to give a home to yet another apparently unwanted dog? found 10 days ago - i would to know why the owners havent been reunited? OF 100 DOGS FOUND EVERY DAY LESS THAN HALF ARE RECLAIMED - WHY?
