- Excellent news. She has most probably been locked in somewhere. Some cats can survive for weeks without food. They will try, and lick things to obtain moisture. As this one ay have done. I would get her checked over by a vet to make sure she is alright. She probably wiil be after some nice food:-)xxxLast edited: 2016-10-02 18:12:43

- Presume spayed? As you say check all outbuildings first. Females dont tend to go as far especially if spayed. Put some tuna in her dish, and call her; late night/early morning is best. Rattle some treats too. Put something with her scent on into a clean container, such as her blanket/bedding/soft toy., along with something with your scent on too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on the washing line if dry. Wipe her scent on your garden fences, gates, doors too etc. Take a walk arou nd the area, holding something with her scent on and rattle some treats such as dreamies. Someone may be feeding her. Poster around the area, and put "Lost" posters through doors too. If not spayed it is possible that she is seeking a mate if in "Season" Paws xd.
