Could this be 108047 now with RSPCA? Should this dog be shown as stolen rather than lost as there is a crime number shown on the other dog stolen 105125?

There is a female GSD posted by Lindsey -Day-Froggatt needing rescue .Not near area, but worth looking at.

It would be worth not only checking with Redbridge council BUT also NEWHAM animal welfare (council) as there is little distance between them esp at Ripple Road Barking...Hope that helps
