Sad news "German Shepherd who went missing from her home was found dead in a garden in Wallasey this afternoon.

Mike Garbutt started a Facebook campaign to find his beloved Tess who he believed was stolen from his front porch.

Mike, 59, said his dog Tess helped him return to health after he had a stroke last year.

It is not yet know how 21-month-old Tess died."
