poor sweet dog - another victim of an evil person - if owner didnt want this dog abandon him or her to a rescue - dont watch each day as they slowly die.there are far too many dogs, and other animals, suffering at the hands of people.why i ask myself? This is absolutely awful. I hope the scumbag who duid this is caught, and gets more than a slap on the wrist. I think the photo should be shown How people like this can do such a thing; Heaven knows. I hope the rspca finds out who did it, and takes them to court. Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
