Poppy is probably hiding somewhere, if not too badly hurt. Maybe a park or fields, and is hiding behind trees etc. Paws cd.

Have found out a bit more. The car was going very slowly but she is a nervous dog so was spooked.

Have just learned that Poppy was clipped by a car so there is great concern for her.
