Yes. It is Libby's owner who found the dog. I believe the dog warden was informed last night.

I saw a post on Facebook yesterday about a springer that was found in Flamsted and she looks like a double of millie, down to the fur markings on the face. Look on JJ's Grooming Services on Facebook for the shared post! I hope it's her!
