Police have issued a CRN so updated and new link x posted to FB plus twitter alerts sent.
Elderly arthritic dog would not travel far unless spotted and picked up to take to vets to scan for a chip- and that could be slightly away from home. Would advise owners to check all dog wardens in areas as been missing a while now.
