- Thank you Esther & Jenkins I keep coming back to this girls page just hoping for some news. Would love to see all the dogs go to loving kind homes but I know deep down that there is too many to be saved, this one really tugged on my heart strings though.

- Still wondering how this one is doing. Hollieberry I think that quite a few dog wardens who will try to get dogs in to rescue if they can and sometimes rescue groups will see a dog held in a pound and will try to help.

- Any update on this little one ?

- Hi Hollieberry - if you phone Craig, the dog warden on the number above - he has the details.

- I have just read that dog was found with deceased dog on the roadside ,does anyone know the sex or colour of the one ?

- Do the dog wardens read these pages also do they try to get dogs into rescue or is it up to the rescues to get in touch ? Sorry for all the questions just wondering how the system works .

- However there was a happy ending for trigger'so owner..they contacted doglost.co.uk after seeing this found dog and registered their stolen trigger (5 weeks) and within days trigger was left outside rescue centre ..a real happy ending and well done dog lost 😊

- Such a shame she isn't home yet. If she does end up needing a rescue space there is a springer rescue group in Stoke.

- The person I was speaking to is not the owner of this dog - this dog is female and their missing dog is male so the search for this dog's owner goes on.

- This is Newcastle under Lyme not Newcastle on Tyne. It's in my area and the telephone code of the dog warden (01782) tallys with this. Should be under central. ST5. Can someone change please? Last edited: 2016-10-17 21:38:56 by Birma04
