- I know this might sound really stupid but seeing this dog was found at the side of the canal does anyone know if the police have been informed just in case the owner has had an accident and fallen in. She might be lying where she last saw her owner and it's awful to think of the possibility no one has reported the dog missing so do they actually know if an owner is missing too? This is the weird in me coming out. She looks quite well cared for doesn't she? Hope the owner is safe and looking for her.
