Great news. Daphne is now home and safe. A little bit thinner than when she left but words can't describe how good it is to have her back. Thank you to everyone on here and especially to doglost.co.uk and the homeward bound group on facebook, they are both absolutely brilliant. We wouldn't have her back home with us without them.

I am so very happy to be moving Daphne over to the blue.I had a call off Daphne's owner that a lovely couple had kept her cornered in the car park of their home.Well done to them for keeping her safe.One very very happy owner xx

Network rail was contacted the morning after Daphne went missing.A full investigation has been done and nothing found.Doglost have helpers out in various areas no sighting as yet.Lurchers do tend to lay low for some time hopefully Daphne will show herself very soon.Stay safe gorgeous girl xx

Lots of people out looking day and night. Network Rail aware. Area's covered so far are all the parks in surrounding areas, Cricket club, Gold Club, Nature reserve, Train line, Kilnhouse Industrial Estate, Blackpool North Playing fields, derelict buildings at the bottom of Highbury Rd, the moss, the scout headquarters, parks further afield, back alleys, the Hamlet, waste ground, church yards etc. Keep looking. I have plotted sightings on Homeward Bound and convinced she is within the typical triangle or nearby.

Railway has been checked by the railway no dog been reported thank goodness.Off shore helicopters,coast guard have all been looking.No sign around the airport xx Thank you Mandi for your help one of our many helpers in the area xxx

Sightings so far on Highbury Road East heading towards Co-Op end, St Leonards Road, Caryl Road and Norwood road yesterday afternoon/evening 19/10/2016. No sightings reported today.
