Shame on owner disgusting !! Should be named , should not be allowed another dog need to change laws , poor girl I hope she has a better life without that owner and finds a new lovely home that she deserves x x sending her a hug so sad x x

UPDATE The owner who left this poor girl at the pound has now got a new dog.

It looks like this dog's got lucky if the owners haven't bothered about her at least she stands the chance of a better life xx

The owner has picked other dog up but not bothered taking this sweet dog. I have seen for myself the way these two dogs are cared for and its disgusting. Dogs are left out all day/evening in the garden and as you can see by its bones showing that it is not cared for properly. Both need to be rehomed with a responsible owner !!!!

I would say very thin her ribs are clearly visible .

It may well be because it is a Labrador cross.
Face is Lab body probably whippet or similar
Unless I am wrong.
I had a Labrador X some years ago
