So glad you have found her , lovely news , I have a excited spaniel and I put 2 leads on him when go out walking , as one time walking his lead snapped off his collar I just nearly jumped on him such a panic , now always 2 leads you never now my husband thinks I,m mad but I still do it . Take care x

Just thinking - if she's prone to slipping her collar, get her a harness and walk her on that.

Update from owner x "So relieved to say that she's finally be found and is now safe at home! She's in a little bit of a state which is no surprise judging by the trek she's been on - but I think she'll be okay! We're all so so so grateful for all the help we've had from you guys and all the advice! We definitely would not have had any hope finding her without you so it really goes to show the power of social media! Thanks again for everything!"

FB post from owner "I'm really sad to be posting again on this page, but my husky Elfa escaped from her collar whilst on a walk about an hour ago on Bridge Street in Weldon village near Corby. We've been searching the local area since, but if any one sees anything I'd really appreciate any info as we're all very worried about her - thank you x
Edit: She is chipped but I'm not sure whether my parents have updated the information from the shelter she is from, under the name of Silver."
