- Listed on Facebook today was a lady who traveled to a rescue in Wales to collect a old English sheepdog that needed re-homing. Unfortunately they refused to let her re-home the dog as she didn't live in Wales and had traveled a long distance. Sorry I have tried to re-find the post again this afternoon and its disappeared! Good luck!!

- ***DAISY UPDATE, POSSIBLE SIGHTING***
There was a possible sighting of Daisy at around 4PM (29/10/16) in the North Muirton area of Perth. The dog was described as a 'deluxe dog* and was last seen heading down Aaron Road on its own. If this was Daisy she could have easily ended up there from the spot she went missing and there is so many places in which she could hide. Please keep a VERY close eye out for Daisy in this area and it might be a good idea for volunteers to help search and poster this area next xx - 2016-10-29 15:42 nicolapicola
- I've had a look at the footage from the drone. Difficult as lots of white objects on the ground. I wondered particularly about the white object on the railway line, first seen at 2:54 and reappears later in the footage when the drone comes back the other way down the railway line. I saw a white object at 7:24 that I couldn't identify but might have been a pale shrub! Also, in the ploughed field there is a whitish object at 14:08. This is just after seeing the man in the field (who may be the noble Euan controlling his drone), so it may already have been discounted.

- Are there any search and rescue teams nearby that would help. Do you get many walkers, ramblers or mountain bike riders that you could appeal to.Last edited: 2016-10-29 11:47:36 by Nina

- I hope there is some news soon. I am glad a drone has scanned the area, it gives some perspective of what hazards are there for ground searchers. I will have a good watch of the footage later.
Good luck to searchers today. - 2016-10-29 10:39 GeoffA - Area Volunteer - Cornwall, Scotland & Northumberland
- From Missing Pets, Perth and Kinross Scotland fb page:
A really kind gentleman called Euan went out with his drone today to get a Birdseye view of the area Daisy is missing. Scanning the footage incase she is hiding somewhere. Please have a watch if you can incase you spot something I may miss xx

- Standard advice sheets sent via email with particular emphasis on how searchers should approach Daisy if spotted on planned or ad-hoc searches.
- 2016-10-27 14:22 Angus
- spoken with owners a little while ago - lots of work going on , given advice re scent trails and leaving clothing at a safe place at the house which is being done - some hair has been found this morning so hopeful that this ould mean she is still in the area
- 2016-10-27 08:12 Angus
- Thanks Geoff - owners are doing a great job - there has been a lot of publicity in local press and local folk are out looking - the area she is lost in has deer rutting at the moment and the land terrain is bogg in places, it is sandwiched between ythe rail line and the A9 motorway and on the other side the river Tay and the Almond - Daisy is also wearing a harness which she could have got caught up by which is of concern to me but it it plastic clips and an OES could break those - We really need a ghillie or canoe club who could check the banks of the tay from the river as it is steep and treacherous in places - there is a chance that jet ski owners could go out if the tides are right, this is a large half light coloured dog of a biddable nature but we have had no sighting which would suggest she could be stuck or injured somewhere so in depth searches of ditches and underground are a must
