This dog is named Flapjack (duplicate entry 106636). I have now heard back from PoundsforPoundies and they have informed me that Flapjack has a confirmed rescue space with transport. He must serve his 7 days in the pound due to a legal requirement. So on 4th November he will be transported to safety. After that date I can be advised of the rescue details. Really great news for Flapjack.

I just checked him against one from Cornwall missing since 2014.... I think this baby is probably younger but also the markings are slightly different...

Jenkins the good thing about UK Pounds is the Rescues we have in the UK are extremely good. Most thankfully do get space but this boy has a really good rescue as a safety net for sure. I think a lot of us got in touch with them bless them lol. xx

Skyninchar glad you got him on the local groups in Leighton. He really does look like someone will be hurting over his loss.... xx

sorry I posted dog 106636 - did not realise it is the same dog. No owner has come forward so he is due to be put to sleep on 4th November. Whoever can offer rescue space needs to contact www.poundsforpoundies.

He looks cared for you know.... They started a Poundies page for him. That usually implies they don't think he will be claimed...

I always worry there are owners like we were....Totally green and not knowing what to do when their dog goes missing.....

Is there anyone in that area who can put up a few posters and drop into farms or working homes? xx
