- This photo isn't of the actual missing dog digger I don't think ? Anyway gonna text the owner of digger as a lady has posted a photo of a dog which I've shared to dog lost central fb page. Her comment is as follows;
Wandering on Camp Road Sutton Coldfield. Dog warden unable to catch. Let's hope this boy gets home safe and soon. - 2017-01-12 06:28 Jot cotswolds
- Owner...a chap called Ben Brittain in Birmingham..find him on facebook...has posted pics of a male german shepherd he found huddled looking abandoned in birmingham...pl look at the pics as it looks a close match for yours. The dog has also been shown overnight on facebook page called "bruce forsyths vets get scanning" page. UPDATE: finder is referring to it with a name of "Alfie" indicating it is male, but others who are contributing in the comments on there thought it was femaleLast edited: 2017-01-12 08:32:57 by Jot cotswolds

- One found up north, can only go by the face colourings but owner should be able to rule out or in by checking the photo provided. It gives kennel contact details but no gender details. It's public page so should be able to view by copying & pasting the link into a browser..

- Sighted only black & tan German Shepherd Dog 13.11.16, Lamyatt, Nr Shepton Mallet Somerset. I have been out looking and unable to catch up with the dog, who I suspect is not long term lost as looked in good condition. Did not bother livestock around either. He/She was traveling West and I'd guess at male.

- Sorry to see that DIGGER is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (106749)
- Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
- You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
- Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
- If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
- If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
