  • Other Info Ran off from Carlton Miniott. Not a single sighting since. Will be scared so please don't chase him. Very food orientated so will perhaps come for a treat. Can be scared of some men. His coat is shorter than in the second picture as he has recently been groomed. Now without his collar. This was found some days ago outside a Church close to Manor Farm Kennels

Thank goodness Lenny has been found,it sounds like just in time too. I hope he will be ok please keep us updated x
Julie
Still nothing. It's just awful not knowing where he is.
Julie
No recorded sightings of Lenny now since Monday evening. Desperate for some news of him.
Hollieberry
Poor Lenny I hope he goes into the trap again, what a shame the trap did not work the first time he went in .
Julie
No luck with the trap. His collar and tag have been found by a dog walker close to a church in Thirsk near Manor Farm Kennels. His collar was pretty secure so he must have lost a lost of weight to lose it. Farmer remembers seeing him wearing it on Sunday /Monday. Praying that he's so hungry he'll approach someone and let them grab him
Julie
Update on Lenny. Well he went into the trap, ate the grub and the trap didn't spring! So at least we know he's still around there and will keep going back to the food source. The trap is set again for tonight so everything crossed x
Sydneysmum
Sounds strange I know - but if you leave your 'scent' along the routes he might use to return - it can help him locate you. (Needless to say - you should dilute with water & fill a plastic bottle......then dribble or spray..... ).
Fingers crossed... J

At last! The past two evenings Lenny has been going to a farm in the middle of nowhere for food and then retreating into some nearby woods.. Went today to search for him but no luck. The lovely farmer is going to set a dogtrap for him tonight. Hopefully tomorrow we'll have some good news x
Julie
Still missing. No sightings, nothing x

Lenny is about labrador size - he looks much smaller in the photograph. He is a rescue dog from Miss Mollies Rescue in Harrogate who has recently been re-homed.
