There is a female on SDK Environmental website, picked up 9/4/17, doesn't mention white flash on chest but is very similar. Worth a look.

Hi , found unfortunately deceased on the road patterdale bitch matching your discription unchiped and with a small white snip on chest which is quite common on a patterdale . I live in Badingham Suffolk so along way from you she looked in good condition and I took to castle vets at Framingham this morning 23/11/16 Hoping it's not your Beauty and that you find her .

Try Acresway Kennels in Thundersley, where strays are taken. You only have 7days from her being taken there before they can Rehome. Keep phoning and gp there yourself to make,absolutely certain.
Contact Sarah Moran our brilliant dog warden, also all vets in the area, as she could be taken in anywhere...
