I saw a man walking a Great Dane almost identical to the one photographed above at West Bar roundabout about midday today. Could this have been a dog walker for the RSPCA kennel around the corner on Spring Street? Unfortunately I couldnt stop my car at the time.

Picture that is on is a library picture (which means it is only similar to Holly) But it is a rough idea of her size and colour...please if anyone has any information then come foward ...this man is missing his best freind!

I can't believe that there have been no sightings of Holly yet!-someone must have taken her in-I am busy letting all Great dane owners I know aware of Holly-when is she going to be in the Sheffield Star?

Hi Feebagem-when you say me too-do you mean you also have a Great Dane? I also have a Great Dane as part of my pack,unfortunately she is in season and becoming an escape artist despite an electric fence and a seperate Freedom Fence system! So as Thornberry rescue centre is just down the road from us do ring if a Great Dane comes in-I spent an hour locating her this morning alone! I am sure she will make another bid at a break out soon! She is microchipped. Thanks

Just outside my area but I will still spread the word-All the other GreatDanes have got back-I am sure this one will too! Have you rung GreatDane rescue to let them know? I am sure any kennels would contact them if such a dog came in.

Especially this one -owner describes her as marked like a Tiger with tan and black stripes. Owner has no photos does any one have a similar looking bitch whose photo we could use? If so just e mail it to us at admin@doglost.co.uk-Thanks

This dog really needs medical attention.She was ran over and had 6 stitches in her chest..she also has a wound where she had to be drained! If you do see a brindle great dane (not hard to miss) then please contact the owner on 01442 544657.This dog eats alot and also needs alot of care and attention!
