- Owner is on Twitter, or friend of owner and was having trouble locating Sadie.
This was last night and I tweeted to them to contact SDK but I could not see a y found Beagles on there myself.
If this found dog is Sadie, then it is worrying, given Sadie is microchipped, that they (the council or SDK) did not call owner straight away.
