Sorry been away, Put poster?s in the car window of every person you know, Check with Greater Manchester Police 0161 872 5050, PetMedics 0161 794 4999 (they pick up stray & injured Dogs 24/7), also check local Dog Warden Service, Local Council, local Vets, Manchester Dogs Home in Harpurhey, Leigh Cats & Dogs Home (East Lancs Road), local RSPCA. Visit in person do not rely on speaking to a person on the telephone.

Have put poster at lower barn, car park by grammar school. poster by carpark at school and one near street drive. Hope this helps a little. Keep going Rusty...

Owners relative rang to update still no sightings of Rusty. The area where he was sighted needs more posters. Hopefully this little guy has been taken in and we just need the right person to see a poster. Jan xxx

my printer is poorly but will get posters from my friends, will put them up at hospital as its my workplace never no 1 of the many people visiting might have seen him , good luck

Spoken to relative again, there has been no sightings of Rusty since last weekend. They are going to visit Lee Cats & Dogs Home and contact council to make sure he has not been involved with an RTA. Also going to check with Niece on what has been done on the media side and will contact us if they require assistance from Keelah. Jan xxx

I emailed poster to rescues and RSPCA, Rivington Barn is a good place to poster as very busy on Sundays with bikers

Spoken to relative and gave advice. DW and Police have been notified, they have rung Leigh Cats & Dogs Home stressed the importance of visiting in person to any rescues. Rusty has gone missing in Bolton but lives in Chorley which approx 12 miles and does not know the area. He was sighted Friday and Saturday in a small park Lever Edge Lane. Relative has been looking around the area and also taking their own dog. Hopefully niece will register and leave updates etc. Jan xxx

Posters need to be displayed as soon as possible on notice boards, lamp posts, entrances to parks, dog bins and on cars. Take posters to vets, pet shops, postmen (for sorting offices), milkmen, dustmen, street cleaners, taxi drivers, schools, pubs, youth clubs, newsagents, post offices, takeaways, dog training clubs, supermarkets and car parks. Hand out reduced-down posters or cards to people - especially dog walkers - and deliver to houses and businesses. Police stations, Dog Wardens, the RSPCA and all rescue centres need checking frequently and preferably visited in person by owner or someone who knows Rusty well. Stay safe Rusty, until you are home x

Rusty was being walked with another dog by a man who suffers from dementia. He got lost and was later found wet through by the police with the other dog but no sign of rusty and the man can not remember what happened or where he had been. Please look out for him.
